Many thanks to Josh and Nathan who recently serviced and completely overhauled the retic systems at both my mothers and my houses. Throughly recommend them they went above and beyond very extremely professional and managed to fit us into their busy schedule. We will definitely be using their services in the future

Initially Josh came to our house upon request of my parents who booked him in their name to fault find our bore system. By the time i arrived home from being out he had already cut the pump out of the system which we have now had professionally tested and is working fine. I DO NOT HAVE THIS COMPANY OR PERSON MIXED UP WITH SOMEONE ELSE AS I HAVE THE CORRECT NAME AND PHONE NUMBER TO GO WITH IT! i dont know how this guy has achieved 5 star recommendation?I have never seen any tradeperson reviews ever having 5 stars even if their the best, which Josh was quick to tell us. If your a good trade person i dont think you should boast to your prospective customers like he did bagging everyone else.Quoted us more than $ 3000 above another company after i took the initiative to get a second opinion and price. Even broke the top of the bore cover chimney thinking he could lift all the weight from there? REALLY !!!Underminded my intelligence on the reticulation system as well and spoke down to me on a number of occasions thinking i knew nothing!Disgusting STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY !!!!

I would give no stars if I could!My phone conversation with Josh was appalling. His misogynistic attitude was condescending and disrespectful. His attitude is outdated and unacceptable. Unfortunately some tradies are still living in the dark ages.
