Virgin Bores

Outstanding service. I had a problem with my pump not starting and flipping out the switch. Dave arrived within 24 hours of seeking help, checked the pump controller, replaced the capacitor and checked out the operation of the system. Great, everything worked and completed inside 30 minutes. Highly professional and efficient. Dave knew exactly what he was doing and solved the problem. One very satisfied customer, and they are local into the bargain!! Thanks Dave and Troy.

My Bore Pump died a couple of weeks ago and I called Virgin Bores while overseas. Troy from VB scheduled me in really quickly and his colleague discovered my pump had died. He advised me that I maybe able to get my insurance to pay and guided me on that matter before scheduling a time to go replace the pump. Was all up within a week. Really good work Troy. Very highly recommended.

Cannot praise this company enough. They attended the property promptly even though, because of the time of the year, we thought that we would have to wait much longer. They repaired the pump and the tenants were pleased with the results. For me I was happy that they were able to find the fault and managed the repair without the cost of a new pump....... thank you Virgin

New House with Native gardens 15 mths established & found I did not have enough water pressure for the 4 stations. Also had a tricky situation re access involving removing a panel of Metal fencing between Piers.Had 2 other Drilling Companies around to look & neither could satisfy my needs : Skip for wet sand being removed & minimal invasion/damage to plants in Garden.Virgin Bores were fantastic & I am so glad I had them around to quote. David the Supervisor really knew his stuff & the rest of the team were very careful & respectful. You wouldn't know they had been here ! Water pressure is now excellent & I'm 100% satisfied.Thanks to George (driller) & his mate who took his time to get set up.Thanks to Craig ( Sparky) who also went over & above. Very neat install!Thanks to Jack ( Retic ) & his mate - who were extra careful of garden.This is not the type of service one gets used to these days- It's fresh air !

Had virgin bores come out and fix my absolute mess of a reticulation system i had.They where truly professional from the get go.Troy the buisness owner is a true down to earth, good bloke who does exactly what he quotes.Highly recommend using virgin bores.An absolute great bunch of highly skilled professionals.Would give 10 stars if i could.Thank you Troy and the boysThis has been a great experience, which is hard to come by theses day with tradies.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this family owned company.They are the most fantastic company to deal with. They are so honest, they don't mislead you, they will tell you what you may be up for to begin with so as not to give you a false cost. Once they complete the job you can be assured it is what they have done. For example, my bore stopped working, living on my own with my animals and having no male influence as to assist me on how to deal with it, because in the past I had dealt with Virgin Bores, I new I would be helped with the most fantastic service because Troy and his wonderful workers would help me. My bore is working thanks to Virgin Bores and the family I have it working.Please if you want an honest quote, don't want to be faultlessly informed or quoted a price then have to pay extra. Excellent service at very short notice.I did enquire about having a replacement bore pump put in from another company but 2 weeks was a long time to wait.Virgin Bores did a Great job within 3 days fitted in with there other work.Adam was very knowledgable,very friendly and informed us what he was doing and when he would do it.Thanks guys,a first rate job.

Great response, they went out of their way to get the repairs and replacement pump in quickly and efficiently. Very much appreciated as it was a couple of days before xmas and the lawn was not looking great. They drove to Yanchep and kept in contact the whole time on what was going on and what needed to be done. They quoted on a price range on different scenarios and were spot on in their costings and final invoice. Well done on a well run business.

Troy, Adam and the rest of the team are highly recommendable. Their service is very professional and you can depend on the commitments they make regarding cost and when the work will be done. In fact, on a recent bore replacement job at a very busy time of the year (just before Christmas) they originally advised that it might be a week before they could come, but they arrived after only two days. Due to our shared bore tripping out during the Hot spell of weather just after Christmas I contacted Virgin Bores after not receiving a reply to my phone calls or e-mails to another contractor. Troy responded immediately and organised for a replacement pump to be installed after verifying its demise. Adam who removed the old & installed the new submersible motor was excellent and a credit to the company. The whole process was very professionally conducted and greatly appreciated by both my neighbours & myself and we would gladly recommend them.
